About Us
In Nahuatl, the language of the ancient Pipil indigenous tribe, the word "nawi" translates to "four". For millennia, Salvadorans have been nourished by four sacred ingredients: yuca, red silk bean, maize, and ayote. It is for this reason that each of these ingredients shines in our menu, generously honoring Mesoamerican heritage and its people.
At NAWI Beach House, we are dedicated to experimental and sustainable cuisine aimed at delighting palates. Additionally, we source our high-quality ingredients locally and cultivate strong relationships with local fishermen and farmers.
Come and discover how the complexity of simple ingredients, inspired by Salvadoran tradition and roots, creates delicious dishes full of passion and creativity.
Welcome to our family!
